Music House
"City within a building" studio, sited in Rochester, NY. Program prompt is a "School of music," which would house the potentialities of all the needs of the students, from housing to food to practice and instruction. The parti is the creation of a resonant (both literally and metaphorically) "in-between" space that opens the school and its activities up to the city. Developed in collaboration with Mia Iannace, advised by Rubén Alcolea, 2019.
